Real Madrid defender Ferland Mendy has sustained another injury and has sought assistance from the club's medical staff. While the club's officials have disclosed details about the French player's injury, they have not provided specific information regarding his recovery timeline.
According to the publication AS, the 30-year-old Mendy will require approximately three weeks to recover. As a result, Mendy is not expected to return to the pitch until the end of 2025.
It is worth noting that the defender had only recently returned to play in late November following a long break due to an injury he sustained in April during the cup final. This week, on Wednesday, Real Madrid will face Athletic away as part of the Spanish championship.
Currently, Real Madrid occupies second place in the La Liga standings, trailing Barcelona by one point. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
