Igor Sergeev received an offer from "Persepolis" with a salary of 800 thousand euros

Iran's Persepolis has expressed interest in Uzbekistan national team and Pakhtakor forward Igor Sergeev. It has been reported that the club, through its forwarding agency, offered the player a two-year contract with an expected salary of 800,000 euros.

As a reminder, the 32-year-old forward's current contract with Pakhtakor expires at the end of December 2025. Another Uzbek footballer, Oston Urunov, is playing for Persepolis.

"Persepolis's interest in Sergeev" is another important step in the international career of Uzbek footballers, and the possibility of implementing this proposal may open new opportunities in Uzbek football.
