Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, analyzing his team's struggles with rivals in the English Premier League, assessed Arsenal's high position and the competition with them in the new season.
Currently, Manchester City sits in second place in the Premier League table, just two points behind Arsenal. Today, December 3rd, Arsenal will play against Brentford.
Guardiola: "Arsenal is very strong and reliable. We need to prepare for a tough match against them, but the Premier League season will be long. We must be ready to endure difficult times. Also, I am the oldest coach in the Premier League and I have enough experience to prove myself with my team at long distance and win the championship."
Guardiola also emphasized Chelsea's future strengthening. In his opinion, a successful team develops every month and tries to use new processes.
Arsenal currently leads the league with 30 points from 13 games. Manchester City is in second place with 28 points from 14 games, while Chelsea is in third place with 24 points from 13 games.
