Aleksandr Golovin: I Prefer to Let My Performance Speak on the Field


Russian midfielder and AS Monaco player Aleksandr Golovin shared his thoughts about his role within the club. The footballer emphasized that in recent years, he has felt like a key figure in the team.

"I don't talk much in the dressing room, but I am ready to take responsibility in important moments. Overall, I prefer to demonstrate my abilities on the field," Golovin stated in an interview with AS Monaco's press service.

This season, the 29-year-old midfielder has participated in 11 matches across all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist. Golovin's current contract with AS Monaco runs until mid-2029.
