Pike discusses favorite for 2026 World Cup


Former Spanish national team and Barcelona footballer Gerard Piqué shared his thoughts on the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The ex-defender named the favorite for the tournament, which will be held in North America.

"At the moment, I believe the French national team is the most talented. If we look on paper, they have assembled the strongest players.

However, in football, it's not just about star players; it's about teamwork. A united and cohesive team can even defeat the main favorite of the tournament," said the Spanish player in an interview with RMC Sport.

The World Cup will take place next summer. The reigning champion is the Argentina national team.
