Unai Emery Says He Is Currently Satisfied with His Players

The head coach of England's "Aston Villa" club, Unai Emery, shared his thoughts on the team's transfer policy. Notably, the next transfer window is set to open on January 1.

According to Emery, the Birmingham club will not exhibit significant transfer activity this time. "We are satisfied with our results this year.

Previously, we achieved good performances in the Champions League, though we faced challenges in the English Premier League. Currently, we are also showing good results in the Europa League and are stable in the Premier League," the coach said in an interview with Birmingham Live.

"I am not thinking about the January transfer window. Perhaps we might make some moves to strengthen the squad, but for now, I am happy with our players.

Some of them are even performing better than their capabilities suggest," Emery added. After 14 rounds, "Aston Villa" sits in third place in the English championship with 27 points.

The team is six points behind league leaders "Arsenal." Additionally, "Aston Villa" holds third place in their Europa League group, collecting 12 points from five matches.
