Barcelona head coach Hans-Dieter Flick explained his decision to play Lamin Yamal in the "number ten" position. The 18-year-old player helped the Catalan team secure a 5-3 victory over Real Betis in a La Liga match on Saturday, scoring a goal through a penalty.
After the match, journalists asked Flick why Yamal was playing as a "number ten" while his usual position on the right wing was taken by Runi Bardghji. "I simply put the players’ names on slips of paper, placed them in a box, shook it, and made the selection that way.
