
The experienced Spanish defender Sergio Ramos has left the Mexican league after playing his final match for "Monterrey." The footballer has revealed his plans to return to Europe, with Italy reportedly being his next destination.
Notably, over the years, Italy has become a favored destination for veteran stars concluding their careers in other major European leagues. The website fcinter1908.it, dedicated to fans of Milan's "Inter" club, citing leading football market expert Fabrizio Romano, has reported that Ramos is likely to join this club.
Previously, it was also known that "Inter" had expressed interest in Ramos. It should be recalled that Sergio Ramos has formerly played for Madrid’s "Real" and "Sevilla" clubs.
