New Candidates Emerge for Real Madrid Head Coach Position

Xabi Alonso is under significant pressure, especially after Real Madrid suffered a 2-0 defeat at home against Celta Vigo. The Athletic has published an article discussing Alonso's situation.

According to the source, Real Madrid intends to continue working with Alonso. However, results remain the top priority for the club, and therefore, the possibility of a head coach change in the near future cannot be ruled out. The report also stated that if the scenario of parting ways with Alonso arises, the club has already compiled a list of potential candidates for the vacant position.

For instance, the club’s management currently highly values Álvaro Arbeloa, who is managing Real Madrid’s youth team. It is possible that Arbeloa might be given an opportunity to prove himself with the first team.

At present, Real Madrid ranks second in the La Liga standings. Additionally, Zinedine Zidane and Jürgen Klopp are being considered as the main candidates to replace Alonso.
