Juventus head coach Luciano Spalletti shared his thoughts regarding the Champions League group stage sixth-round match against the Cypriot club "Pafos." The former Zenit coach emphasized that the presence of numerous Brazilian and Portuguese players has been instrumental in the Cypriot team's success.
He further noted that the outcome of the game depends on the performance level of his players. “Our current performance is not yet at the desired level.
This applies not only to the results but also to our individual matches. However, I am fully aware of my players' condition.
That is the most important thing,” Spalletti said in an interview with UEFA's press service. The coach stressed the importance of denying the opposing team opportunities to counterattack during the match, as they have demonstrated their strength in counterattack play.
The match between Juventus and Pafos will take place in Turin. The game is scheduled to kick off at 11:00 PM Moscow time.
