Sergio Ramos expresses desire to participate in World Cup

Journalist Fernando Evangelio, who is close to Real Madrid, commented on the future of defender Sergio Ramos. Earlier reports suggested that the 39-year-old Ramos is aiming to participate in the 2026 FIFA World Cup as part of the Spanish national team.

"Yes, Ramos truly wants to take part in the World Cup and finish his career at the highest level. He is in good physical shape and continues to train regularly.

I do not see him returning to Madrid, but I also do not believe he will move to England. Perhaps he will join another club in Spain to remain in the spotlight," Evangelio said in an interview with "Euro-Football.ru."
