Saka: Sometimes Without Luck, Victory Is Impossible

Bukayo Saka, a player for London’s Arsenal football club, shared his thoughts following the team’s 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton in the next round of the Premier League (EPL). The match turned out to be significantly tougher for the Gunners than anticipated.

In the home game against a rival situated at the bottom of the EPL standings, Arsenal secured the win thanks to two own goals. The visitors had equalized in the 90th minute, but an own goal in the 94th minute decided the outcome of the game.

"Sometimes, luck is essential, and today everything worked in our favor. Now, we must keep moving forward and continue collecting points.

By May, we will understand just how crucial this victory was. However, for now, even though we didn’t showcase our best performance, we’re delighted," said Saka, who was named the best player of the match, in an interview with TNT Sports. Arsenal currently leads the EPL table with 36 points.

The team is ahead of Manchester City by 5 points.
