Manchester City has published its annual financial report for the 2024/25 season. The report paints a contrasting picture from both sports and economic perspectives: while the team finished the season without winning a trophy for the first time in eight years, the club’s total revenue reached £694.1 million.
However, the financial year closed with a loss of £9.9 million. For comparison, the previous reporting period recorded a profit of £73.8 million.
The net value of the club's assets is estimated at over £850 million, which is slightly lower than the previous figure of £864.6 million. Matchday revenue from 27 home games (across four tournaments) amounted to £75.1 million, a decrease of £0.5 million compared to the previous year.
Broadcasting revenue declined to £278 million, a loss of £16 million compared to the previous season. Commercial income also decreased slightly, totaling £340 million.
