Dembélé named Player of the Year, Salah among top three

The results of the voting conducted by FIFA for the Best Footballer of the Year award have been announced. The Best award was claimed by Ousmane Dembélé, the forward for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and the French national team.

England’s national team captain, Harry Kane, also placed Dembélé first in his rating. The Bayern Munich forward ranked PSG midfielder Vitinha second and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah third.

Kane recognized PSG head coach Luis Enrique as the Best Coach of the Year, and Enrique ultimately received the award in this category. Additionally, Kane’s top three included Barcelona coach Hans-Dieter Flick and Liverpool manager Arne Slot.
