Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez has emphasized that defeats have made the team stronger. The Spanish footballer highlighted setbacks against Real Madrid (1-2) and Chelsea (0-3) as turning points for his team.
“The defeats in El Clasico and in London became turning points for the team. It’s always possible to lose, but in those games, we were truly far from performing at an ideal level.
Since then, we have improved and managed to return to the level we had last season. Right now, we’re on a good winning streak, and I hope it continues until the end,” Fermin said, as quoted by Barca Universal.
