Paxtakor’s press service announced that during the team’s first overseas training camp, to be held in Antalya, Turkey, the squad will play three friendly matches. Accordingly, at the camp running from 17 to 30 January, Paxtakor will face North Macedonia’s Struga, Kosovo’s Prishtina and Bulgaria’s Botev.
According to the club, Struga are currently 2nd in the North Macedonian league and won the national title two seasons ago. Prishtina also finished the first half of their league season as runners-up. Botev sit 11th in the Bulgarian league.
Each match is an important step for Paxtakor and one of the key outcomes the team aims to achieve as part of preparations for the new season.
