ESPN names Modric among the top 25 best footballers of the 21st century

Experienced Croatian midfielder Luka Modric has received another accolade. ESPN published its ranking of the best footballers of the 21st century and included Modric in the list. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

The top three spots in the ranking were taken by Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Thierry Henry.

Modric made the top ten alongside Ronaldo and Ronaldinho. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was placed 11th, Ricardo Kaka was listed 19th, and Andrea Pirlo took 21st. The top-25 list was rounded off by French midfielder Patrick Vieira.

Let us remind you that Modric has been playing for AC Milan since last summer.
