Italian striker Mario Balotelli will continue his career in the United Arab Emirates’ second division. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The 35-year-old centre-forward is known in Europe for his spells with Milan, Manchester City, Inter and Liverpool. He has joined Dubai’s Al-Ittifak. According to the club’s press service, the parties signed a long-term contract for 2.5 years.
Balotelli’s new team is having a poor season: after 12 matches in the second division, Al-Ittifak have collected only 6 points and sit 15th in the standings.
