The draw for the U-17 Asian Cup to be hosted by Saudi Arabia has been made. According to the results, our national team will compete in Group D against three very interesting and different opponents: North Korea, India and Australia.
The competition will be held from May 5 to 22. So, a real “May test” awaits us: three games in a short period of time, three different tactics, three different pressures.
The Uzbekistan U-17 national team will play its first match in the group on May 6 against North Korea. The match will start at 19:30 Tashkent time. In the second round, we will play against India on May 10 - the match will start at 20:00. The last and probably most decisive match in the group stage will be against Australia on May 13, the match is scheduled for 19:00.
The most pleasant thing for the fans is that the calendar is clear: who, when and what time we will play, everything is ready. Now the task is clear: a good start in the first match, keeping the pace in the second, and character in the third. Because in such tournaments, the question of "who is ready" is more important than "who is stronger."
In short, the atmosphere in the stadium in May will be different. But we need one thing: confidence, order and composure on the field. Even if there is no ticket, there is prayer and support - that in itself is strength.
