In the English Premier League, the "big shots" are ready to return to the market. Before next season, both Manchester United and Arsenal plan to further "sharpen" their attack - goals are needed, there's much to say, but little patience.
According to sources, both clubs are closely monitoring Brentford's Brazilian striker Igor Tyago. Before launching drastic transfer moves, the "bees" are waiting to see how the season ends: whether the team qualifies for European cups or not - there's a view that it could affect the player's fate.

Interestingly, both giants expected substantial profits from the strikers they brought last summer, but it's said that the expected "explosion" didn't always happen. Therefore, clubs are looking for a new, guaranteed "goal source."
Brentford, however, seems to have set its own terms in advance: they're ready to sell if a good offer comes in. Reports indicate that if there's an offer over £71 million, the Londoners might be inclined to negotiate - roughly speaking, it's a signal to "throw money if you want."
Tyago's statistics explain the reason for this controversy: he's currently leading the Premier League top scorer race with 17 goals this season. Moreover, his contract with the club has been extended until the summer of 2031 - which means Brentford will feel very comfortable during negotiations.
There's also a price on paper: according to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is estimated at around €35 million. But in the transfer market, "market value" - only the starting price, while in reality, demand and competition add "turbo" to the sum.
Conclusion? If Brentford fight to the end for a European spot, they will try to keep Tyago. If the ticket is lost, a scenario worth 71 million could be realized. "United" and "Arsenal" are waiting for exactly this moment - because it's easy to find a forward who can score goals, but finding a forward with 17 goals is a different league.
