Uzbek referees to officiate Elite Champions League

Uzbek football referees continue to demonstrate their skills on the international stage. The next important assignment comes from the Asian Champions League Elite competition. Today, our compatriots will officiate an exciting clash between Japanese and South Korean clubs.
Rustam Lutfullin will serve as the head referee in the match between Japan's "Machida" and South Korea's "Kanvon". He will be assisted on the sidelines by experienced assistants Andrey Sapenko and Timur Gaynullin. Asker Najafaliyev will work in the VAR system to ensure fairness and analyze controversial situations, assisted by Alisher Usmonov as AVAR.
The Uzbek refereeing corps has been highly rated by the Asian Football Confederation in recent years. The appointment of our referees to such responsible matches in international tournaments is evidence of the development of football refereeing in our country. We hope our referees will perform at a high level in today's game and further enhance the reputation of Uzbek football.
