An important match took place in Navoi in the 3rd round of the Uzbekistan Super League. This time, Mash'al faced Qizilqum, but the match became another painful night for the hosts. The gold-seekers secured a 2-0 victory thanks to a disciplined game, composure, and efficiency.
In the first half of the match, the teams fiercely fought each other. "Mash'al" tried to maintain the tempo of the game, to appear more active in attack, but "Kyzylkum" played very neatly and disciplinedly in defense. Most importantly, the Navoi team converted their opportunity into a goal: in the 39th minute, Jambuli Jigauri opened the scoring, turning the game in favor of the visitors - 0:1.
In the second half, "Mash'al" moved forward to save the score, increasing pressure in the game. But this left open zones, and "Kyzylkum" rationally controlled this. In the final minutes of the match, in the 90th minute, Shokhruz Norkhonov scored the final goal - 0:2. This goal fully formalized Qizilqum's victory.
As a result, Qizilqum, managed by Akmal Rustamov, reached 6 points and significantly strengthened their position in the tournament. "Mash'al," however, still hasn't scored any points, remaining "zero" after three rounds - this is certainly a serious signal for the team.
