After the first matches of the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League, one of the most prestigious competitions in European club football, were completed, the official UEFA website presented the symbolic team of the week. After intense and dramatic battles, a number of players stood out for their productive play, decisive actions, and contributions to their team.
Thibaut Courtois (Real Madrid) was chosen as Goalkeeper of the Week. The Real Madrid goalkeeper saved several dangerous shots, saving his team from difficult situations. His confident performances were especially appreciated by the coaches and fans.
