Slovakia missed out on the final, losing to Kosovo in a dramatic match

In Europe, the fight for a spot in the 2026 World Cup is becoming increasingly intense and intriguing. The semi-final matches of the qualifying playoffs concluded, with some teams securing a place in the decisive stage, while others lost their dreams.
One such dramatic match took place between the Slovakia and Kosovo national teams. Although the hosts were close to winning in front of their fans, they were ultimately forced to accept a painful defeat.

In the second half, the situation changed completely. The Kosovo team intensified their attacks, scoring consecutive goals. Aslani, Musliya, and Khayrizi's accurate shots put the visitors ahead.
Although Streles reduced the score in the final minutes, it was not enough to save Slovakia. As a result, the 3:4 defeat deprived the hosts of their final dream.
According to experts, this game turned into a real football spectacle. Both teams displayed open and attacking play, but Kosovo maintained stability until the final minutes.
