UFC 327 tournament: Ulberg becomes new champion after knocking out Procházka

The “UFC 327” tournament held in Miami, USA has concluded. In the main event of the evening, Czech fighter Jiří Procházka and New Zealand fighter Carlos Ulberg entered the octagon to compete for the light heavyweight championship belt. Ulberg scored a knockout in the very first round and became the new champion.

Prelim card results

In the early fights of the evening, several interesting matchups were recorded. Charles Radtke defeated Francisco Prado via unanimous decision with a 30–27 score. Vicente Luque defeated Kelvin Gastelum by submission already in the first round.

The main card also featured intense matchups. Cub Swanson knocked out Nate Landwehr in the first round. Dominick Reyes defeated Johnny Walker via decision.

Josh Hokit secured a unanimous decision win over Curtis Blaydes. Paulo Costa knocked out Azamat Murzakanov in the third round.

In the main fight of the night, Carlos Ulberg knocked out Jiří Procházka in the very first round and became the new light heavyweight champion.
