Gasperini sets tough demands to stay at Roma: future uncertain

One of Italy's famous clubs, Roma, is once again in an interesting situation. Head coach Gian Piero Gasperini's future remains uncertain for now, causing various discussions among fans.
According to one of Italy's influential publications, La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 68-year-old specialist met with club management and clearly stated his conditions for continuing his career at the team. These demands are quite serious and sharp, attracting attention.
One of Gasperini's main conditions is to stop cooperation with the team's sporting director, Claudio Ranieri. This decision means changes in the internal management system and could also affect relationships within the club.
At the same time, the coach emphasized the need to significantly strengthen the squad to form a competitive team next season. In his opinion, at least 3-4 new players of starting lineup level must be brought in for Roma to be able to compete for high results.
According to sources, if the club management does not accept these demands, Gasperini may leave the team. This would mark the beginning of another period of significant changes for the Romans.
It is worth noting that the specialist has been managing Roma since the summer of 2025. In a short time, he tried to implement his style in the team, but now his future largely depends on the management's decisions.
For now, all eyes are on the club's decisions. One thing is clear: if an agreement is not reached, there is a high probability of major changes at Roma.
