Real Madrid begins search for new coach

The management of Real Madrid, which has failed to achieve expected results for major trophies this season, is seriously reconsidering the head coach position with the aim of revitalizing the team. Currently, the club feels the need for a specialist who can bring new energy, strong influence, and inspire the players.
According to information, the Madrid club is not only looking within its domestic market but is also studying candidates from abroad. That is, the club's management is trying to find a coach with extensive experience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Sources indicate that the team's players felt themselves in a somewhat "boring system" under the previous coach, Xabi Alonso. While the tactical approaches were stable, there was a perceived lack of attacking flair and freedom.
At the same time, the current head coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, has not gained full confidence in the dressing room. Some players assess him as not fully suited to the club's level. According to some opinions, he does not yet have enough experience to manage an elite club.
Notably, it is also said that some players have never accepted the Spanish specialist as a top-tier strategist. This is also affecting the team's internal atmosphere.
Furthermore, the club currently sees no viable alternatives within Spain and is focusing primarily on international candidates. Although Arbeloa has been managing the team since January, he has not been able to implement the expected significant changes. Consequently, his position is also unstable, and the situation continues to be "hanging in the balance."
In short, Real Madrid is on the verge of starting a new era — decisions are tough, and demands are, as always, maximal.
