Tottenham Preparing £125 Million to Strengthen Attack

The club’s management are preparing to spend a total of £125 million to sign Manchester City winger Savinho and Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson. This is reported by Goal.com .
After successfully strengthening their defence and midfield, Tottenham are now focusing primarily on improving their attack. Under the new plans, the London club are ready to pay £60 million for Brazilian winger Savinho and £65 million for 25-year-old Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson.
Negotiations and Personal Terms for Savinho

The winger has formally asked Manchester City to allow him to leave, as he wants to play under head coach Roberto De Zerbi.Negotiations between the two clubs are currently ongoing. Manchester City want to receive the full £60 million asking price for the player. The Citizens have also made it clear that they will approve the transfer only if they find a replacement in the transfer market.
Tottenham Abandon Gakpo Option and Join Race for Jackson
It has emerged that Tottenham initially identified Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo as their primary target. However, after Liverpool rejected every offer to preserve squad depth, the London club were forced to turn their attention to Savinho. After addressing their issues on the wings, Tottenham began looking for a centre-forward. According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea value Nicolas Jackson at £65 million following the arrival of Danny Welbeck at the club. The 25-year-old striker, who spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich, now wants to move to another team to secure regular playing time.
Chelsea currently have six forwards in their squad and will not oppose Jackson’s departure if Tottenham pay the required fee. Tottenham’s management plan to hold an official meeting with Manchester City representatives in the second week of August and complete Savinho’s transfer by 10 August. Once the Brazilian’s transfer is settled, Tottenham are expected to immediately submit an official offer to Chelsea for Nicolas Jackson.
