Manchester United awaits two conditions for transfers

Manchester United has outlined its strategy for the summer transfer window, but is holding off on any active moves for now. The club’s management wants to clarify two key issues before strengthening the squad. Goal.com reported this.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the club must first formally settle the issue of qualifying for next season’s UEFA Champions League. Securing a place in the tournament would directly affect the team’s transfer budget.

The second important condition is the head coach situation. Until it is clear whether Michael Carrick will remain at the club or a new manager will be appointed, the club will not sign new players.

INEOS management wants the new arrivals to fit the coach’s tactical style exactly.

At present, the club is looking for a defensive midfielder to replace Casemiro, who is expected to leave, as well as an experienced striker. Strengthening the left flank of the defense is also planned, but all talks will intensify only after the coach appointment.

This cautious approach by the club risks leaving it behind its rivals. In particular, Manchester City is already leading the race for several talented players.

Manchester United, meanwhile, will continue to wait until internal decisions are made.
