Rashford Agrees to Pay Cut to Stay at Barcelona

Rashford agreed to accept a lower salary to stay at Barcelona

England national team striker Marcus Rashford has said he is ready to lower his financial terms to remain at Barcelona on a permanent basis. The player, who is currently playing in Spain on loan, has no intention of returning to Manchester United. Goal.com reports.

Under Hansi Flick, Rashford has regained his best form. This season, he has been involved in one effective action every 92 minutes for the Catalans.

His goal against Getafe was his 13th of the season.

Barcelona's management is considering buying the player's transfer, but the club's financial constraints could complicate the process. Rashford himself has said he is fully committed to the project in Catalonia and is patiently waiting for the transfer to be completed.

Michael Carrick, who is currently in charge of Manchester United, has not made an official statement regarding the striker's future. Even so, the player himself aims to win the La Liga title with Barcelona and stay at the team for a long time.
