Jamal Musiala misses his time with Thomas Müller

Jamal Musiala is deeply saddened by the departure of Bayern legend Thomas Müller. The experienced player, who moved to Vancouver Whitecaps last summer, left a huge void in the team. In an interview with Sky, Musiala emphasized that he greatly misses his presence on the pitch and his positive energy. This is reported by Goal.com .
A very close friendship had formed between the two players, who played together from 2020 to 2025. Musiala gratefully recalled how Müller helped him with plenty of advice when he was just starting his career.
Last summer, in the FIFA Club World Cup quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain, Musiala suffered a serious injury and was sidelined for a long time. That match turned out to be Müller's final game for Bayern. During this difficult time, the young midfielder did not hide his desire to have a heart-to-heart talk with Müller.
Speaking about his recovery process after the injury, Musiala noted that everything is progressing step by step. He emphasized the importance of not rushing and taking small steps in preparation for the upcoming World Cup.
He also praised the performance of his teammate Michael Olise. In Musiala's opinion, Olise has improved his game in every aspect and has become one of the best players of the current season.
