AI-sulu, a virtual psychologist working on artificial intelligence, has been introduced for the first time in the military system of Kazakhstan, reports @sputnikKZ. This innovative initiative aims to ensure the mental stability of soldiers in the army and provide them with constant psychological support.
The AI-sulu Telegram bot operates at any time of day - 24 hours a day. He immediately responds to soldiers in difficult psychological situations, listens to their pain, supports them, and helps them gradually recover mentally. According to experts, he may not be able to fulfill the role of a full-fledged psychologist, but he can be very useful as a point of first aid.
The bot operates mainly in two languages - Kazakh and Russian. His capabilities include understanding emotions, giving advice, and recommending simple exercises in anxiety and stressful situations. The bot also recommends contacting a human psychologist when necessary and informs which organizations can provide assistance.
According to the project's developers, AI-sulu can serve as a bright spot for soldiers suffering from loneliness and depression. Kazakhstan plans to improve the general psychological climate of military personnel by implementing such advanced solutions in the defense sector.
