New Game+ Showcase kicks off 2026 with 45 games

The date for the first major gaming event of 2026 has been set: New Game+ Showcase will take place on the night of January 8–9 at 02:00 (Tashkent time). The organizers are teasing viewers with “a new kind of game show” — the program includes 45 video game showcases, exclusive trailers, and talks with developers. This is reported by playground.ru reports .
The show’s creators also emphasized that the event will run without paid advertising: they say the broadcast’s core spirit will be “passion and sincere conversation.” The format will bring indie projects and big AAA titles onto one stage, creating a single showcase for multiple genres.
Confirmed games so far include ExeKiller from Paradark Studio — a shooter that blends a post-apocalyptic backdrop and a western vibe in a retrofuturistic style, with the option to choose the story’s direction. Also on the list is Distant Shore: BETAGNE by Distant Shore studio: a platformer-FPS set in an open “sandbox” with parkour elements and more realistic physics. The third confirmed title is Crimson Desert from Pearl Abyss, a major RPG project from the team behind Black Desert.
The rest of the games to be presented are still being kept secret — the full list is said to be a surprise for viewers. New Game+ Showcase aims to kick off the 2026 gaming season as a new-format presentation combining news, exclusive content, and live interaction.
All that’s left for fans is to mark the date on the calendar and get ready for a long night marathon packed with premieres and announcements.
