iPhone Ultra could be the most repairable foldable smartphone

According to insider Instant Digital, Apple's first foldable iPhone Ultra model will become the easiest smartphone in the industry to disassemble and repair. The device's internal structure is based on high-precision engineering solutions, featuring high modularity and avoiding complex cable systems, unlike its competitors. This is reported by Ixbt.com news.

The smartphone is expected to feature a book-style foldable design with an approximately 7.7-inch internal screen and a 5.3-inch external display. A unique aspect of the device is the placement of volume buttons at the top of the frame. It is also speculated that a Touch ID sensor will be integrated into the power button, marking the return of the fingerprint scanner.

Samsung Display is scheduled to begin production of displays for the iPhone Ultra in June 2026. Up to 8 million units are expected to be produced within a year. Instant Digital previously accurately predicted information regarding the yellow color of the iPhone 14 and the spatial video recording features on iPhone 15 Pro models.
