Chinese company Xynova unveils human-like robotic hand
Chinese company Xynova has unveiled the Xynova Flex 2 robotic hand, designed for humanoid robots, capable of mimicking human hand movements with high precision. The device features 23 degrees of freedom and weighs only 400 grams, making it nearly identical to a real human hand. This is reported by Ixbt.com reporting .
The device's main advantage lies in its "artificial cerebellum" system, which allows it to detect object slippage and automatically adjust grip force. The Xynova Flex 2 can clench a fist twice per second and has a lifting capacity of up to 12 kilograms. The system performs force control with an accuracy of 0.05 Newtons.
Founded in 2024, Xynova specializes in hardware for embodied AI. By the spring of 2026, the company plans to attract major investments and build a factory capable of producing over 10,000 robotic hands per year.
This technology represents a significant step in transitioning artificial intelligence from the digital world to the physical realm. Solutions like Xynova Flex 2 enable robots to interact with their environment more naturally and efficiently, taking competition in the humanoid robot market to a new level.
