Google is adding voice control features to Google Workspace apps

At the Google I/O conference, the company introduced new voice control features for its Workspace apps, including Docs, Keep, and Gmail. Now, instead of typing, users can create document drafts, take notes, and search for information in emails using voice commands. This is reported by Techcrunch.com reports .
In Docs, users can perform complex tasks simultaneously via voice. For example, pulling resume information from Drive or adding event details from an email to a document has become much easier. The system also understands when a user changes their mind and immediately implements changes during a single conversation.
In Keep, artificial intelligence automatically converts voice recordings into organized notes or lists. This feature allows users to quickly capture their thoughts. Additionally, new capabilities in Gmail allow users to interact with the Gemini assistant to find information like flight times or hotel booking codes via voice queries.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai emphasized that in the future, users will be able to fully edit and create documents using voice commands. Tech giants are currently integrating artificial intelligence into all their products, enabling users to express complex, multi-step requests through voice.
