The number of tourists who came to Uzbekistan in 2024 was announced

According to the Statistics Agency, a total of 8.2 million foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourist purposes in 2024.

Of which:

• Women - 4,077.1 thousand (49.8 percent)
  
• Men - 4,104.3 thousand (50.2 percent)
  

For information, 6.6 million foreign tourists visited Uzbekistan in 2023. The increase was 1.8 million.

The main part of those visiting Uzbekistan for tourist purposes was made up of citizens of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
