Weapon smuggling attempt through Yallama border foiled

Attempt to Smuggle Pneumatic Weapons and 500 Rounds Through Yallama Border Post Foiled. This was reported by the official channel of the Tashkent Regional Customs Department.

A vehicle driven by a citizen crossing the Yallama border post from a neighboring country was inspected as per regulations.

During the customs inspection, officials discovered two "Hatsan" brand 4.5 mm caliber pneumatic rifles and 500 rounds, which were not declared in the passenger’s customs declaration, were not mentioned during verbal questioning, and lacked the necessary permits.

An investigation is currently underway regarding the incident.
