“Uzhydromet” shares weekend weather forecast

Rain is expected in some areas over the weekend, according to the “Uzhydromet” agency.

On Friday, April 4, dry weather will persist in most parts of the country. However, in the evening and on April 5, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, short rain showers are possible during the day on April 4. No precipitation is expected on April 5.

On April 6, rain and possible thunderstorms are forecasted in certain areas of the country.

From April 4 to 6, temperatures will remain relatively high. Daytime temperatures will range from +23 to +28 °C, and up to +30 °C in some regions.

Winds will blow at 7–12 m/s and may increase to 15–20 m/s in some areas.

In Tashkent, no rain is expected during the day on April 4. Rain may fall in the evening and overnight into the morning of April 5. During the day, short showers and thunderstorms are possible.

In the second half of April 6, more rain and thunderstorms are likely.

Wind speeds will be 5–10 m/s, increasing to 12–15 m/s on the evening of April 4.
