What is the weather expected to be like over the holidays?
Updated weather conditions for the holidays in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been announced. According to Uzhydromet, the weather will be stable in most parts of the country this Saturday and Sunday, and precipitation is not expected. This will create an opportunity for citizens to enjoy their holidays.

Only in the Fergana Valley regions, on Saturday, May 31, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some places. This may lead to short-term changes in the weather for local residents and visitors, but the general stability will not be disturbed.

The air temperature is expected to increase day by day across the republic. On Saturday, the thermometer will be in the range of 28-31 degrees in many places, while on Sunday this indicator will rise to 32-35 degrees. Such an increase in temperature indicates that the summer season is gradually approaching.

In the north, south and desert regions of the republic, there is a possibility of increased wind activity. Wind speeds may reach 13-18 meters per second, and in some places dust and debris may be observed. This situation may cause some inconvenience, especially for road users and those who are outdoors.

Short-term precipitation and thunderstorms are expected in some places in mountainous and hilly areas. In such conditions, the possibility of mudflows and floods is not ruled out. Therefore, caution is recommended for residents and tourists.

In the capital, Tashkent, the weather will be sunny and warm during the weekend. No precipitation is expected against the background of mostly partly cloudy skies. On Saturday, the temperature will be around 28-30 degrees, and on Sunday - up to 29-31 degrees. This will certainly create favorable conditions for walks and relaxation for residents and guests of the city.

According to forecasts, mainly dry and rainless weather will continue across Uzbekistan from June 1 to 7. The temperature during this period may gradually rise to 35-38 degrees, and even reach 40 degrees in some regions - in particular, in the northern and southern desert regions.

This year's summer is expected to start quite hot and dry. Therefore, the population is advised to drink enough water, dress appropriately, and take measures to protect themselves from the sun. Follow the weather forecast and follow safety rules according to your vacation plans.
