For example, the salaries of school and kindergarten managers will be significantly increased, which will serve to adequately incentivize their work. At the same time, in order to ensure road safety, it is mandatory to install appropriate and visible signs in areas where stationary and mobile radars are located, which is important for traffic control.
Another important innovation is that Public Service Centers (PSCs) will have the right to provide services to legal entities on a paid basis, that is, they will be able to provide services for these services on the basis of established fees. At the same time, it is required to introduce a passport with a QR code for each construction object, which will facilitate the process of digital control and registration of construction objects in the database.
Citizens who provide information about offenses related to precious stones will be provided with monetary incentives, which will activate public participation in the fight against offenses. At the same time, some children attending extended day groups in schools will be exempt from payment, which will provide economic relief for parents.

The mobile application "Davlat xizmatchisi" will also be launched, which will allow the population to easily monitor public services and their effectiveness.
