Diplomats of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the General Manager of Guangzhou Guangbai, which owns a large shopping center in Guangdong Province, Cai Jingsu. During the conversation, the parties discussed issues of bringing trade cooperation between the two countries to a new level.
At the meeting, the main attention was paid to the initiative to create a "Made in Uzbekistan" store and a showroom of national products. If this project is implemented, Uzbek products will have the opportunity to enter the Chinese market directly.
The head of Guangzhou Guangbai, Cai Jingsu, noted that the products manufactured in Uzbekistan are of high quality and competitive in terms of price in the market. Therefore, they can be very beneficial for residents and exporters of Guangzhou.
Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached on establishing direct cooperation with local importers in order to bring agricultural products, processed and packaged food products, and national handicrafts to the Chinese market.
For information, Guangzhou Guangbai is one of the largest suppliers of goods in the southern provinces of China. Today, the company owns more than 100 retail outlets throughout the country and has a great influence in the region.
