A new law was adopted in the country, and important amendments and additions were made to some legislative acts. This was reported by the information portal "Legal Information."
According to the law, individuals who disclose information and details during closed court sessions without the court's special permission will now be held criminally liable. Although the report did not fully disclose the exact procedure and measures of criminal liability, this rule was noted as a serious innovation in the legal system.
At the same time, according to the new procedure, if there are grounds for considering a case in a closed court session, the court will issue a separate ruling on this matter. Persons participating in a closed court session based on this decision are given a special warning and a written acknowledgment is taken from them.
The receipt, in particular, notes that in case of violation of this obligation, the person may be held liable under Article 239 of the Criminal Code.
Experts emphasize that the implementation of this law will further strengthen confidentiality and legality in court proceedings, strengthen the responsibility of participants, and play an important role in ensuring justice.
The law entered into force on the day of its official publication, marking a new stage in practical application.
