Within the framework of the World Exhibition EXPO in Osaka, Uzbekistan's pavilion was awarded the most prestigious award in its field - a gold medal in the nomination "Best Coverage of the Topic," the head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, reported on her Telegram channel.
As was announced at the award ceremony, the ideological concept of the Uzbekistan Pavilion "Garden of Knowledge: Laboratory for the Society of the Future" made a great impression on the audience and specialists. This project was distinguished by a harmonious combination of the rich traditions of our people and modern innovations.
As the head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, noted, "Our idea has resonated widely in the world community. "I express my sincere gratitude to our team, who believed in the project and implemented it with inspiration, as well as to our international partners," he said.
The BIE prize at EXPO has been awarded since 1928 to pavilions that demonstrate advanced technologies, new approaches, and cultural characteristics of participating countries. This award recognizes not only creative ideas, but also new approaches to solving global problems.
According to the organizers, the concept of the "Garden of Knowledge" is inextricably linked with the main theme of EXPO-2025 - the idea of "Creating a Society of the Future for Our Lives." Through this project, Uzbekistan demonstrated its special attention to human potential, intellectual and scientific values.
This is a historic result for Uzbekistan, which has been participating in EXPO exhibitions since 1993. Our country won the BIE gold medal for the first time. This achievement demonstrated not only the design of the pavilion or the effectiveness of technologies, but also the authority of Uzbekistan as a center of knowledge and scientific thought of the new generation.
Experts emphasize that this success will further strengthen Uzbekistan's international standing and will be a new impetus for future innovative initiatives. Thus, the "Garden of Knowledge" demonstrated the modern image of Uzbekistan not only at the EXPO, but also before the whole world.
