Many families on the verge of separation were saved through reconciliation

In Tashkent, more than half of the families who applied to the court for divorce have been reconciled. This was reported by the UzA agency.

According to the data, more than 432 thousand cases were considered in the capital's civil courts in January-September of this year. About 7 thousand of them are related to divorce, which is 468 more than last year.

Of the divorce cases, about 3,000 ended in official divorce, and 3,784 families were saved through court reconciliation measures. The practice of providing time, consultations, and psychological support to families in courts played an important role in achieving this result.

At the same time, about 3.5 thousand appeals were considered in appellate and cassation instances in civil cases, most of which were left unchanged. During the court's activities, 199 private rulings were issued on cases of violation of the law and sent to the relevant organizations.

It should be recalled that since the beginning of the year, about 32 thousand families have divorced across the country. At the meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, these cases were seriously discussed, and the need to widely promote marriage contracts and provide material protection for families was emphasized.

And the reconciliation work of the capital's courts testifies to the fact that with the right approach and advice, many marriages can be saved.
