Uzbekistan ranked 53rd in the happiness index

The updated ranking of the World Happiness Report 2025 included 147 countries. Researchers assessed the happiness levels in different countries.

In compiling the ranking, indicators such as income of the population, health, level of trust, freedom of choice, and social support were taken into account. Uzbekistan ranked 53rd in this index.

The country took second place among the Central Asian states, placing after Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan took 40th place.

It should be noted that Finland ranked first in the index, while Afghanistan took the last place.
