In the process of large-scale reforms being carried out in our country, great importance is attached to the development of relations with the population, further improvement of the activities of Public Reception Offices, the application of modern approaches, and a deeper study of public opinion. This process greatly influences the consideration of public opinion in decision-making.
Within the framework of the ongoing transformations in all spheres of state and public life, it is important to clearly and comprehensively study the needs and aspirations of citizens. The use of modern sociological and analytical methods, the precise and objective preparation of development programs developed through them, is the main factor in the successful functioning of the state.
The President considers it important to consistently develop dialogue with the people, apply modern and accurate approaches in decision-making, taking into account the opinions of citizens.
It is important to respond promptly and effectively to the appeals or requests of each citizen. As a result, systematic analysis of information and proposals for solutions based on sociological research contribute to strengthening trust between the state and society.
It was emphasized that strengthening constant dialogue between the people and the government, using new and modern models, and consistently monitoring public opinion is an important and urgent task.
Responsible persons were given specific instructions on further improving the mechanisms of effective dialogue with citizens and increasing the effectiveness of work with appeals.
