According to a new government decree, an administrative regulation for the provision of commercial electronic services to employers through the "Unified National Labor System" (UNLS) has been approved. These commercial services allow employers to carry out their activities electronically at their discretion.
Employers are offered the following services through the Unified National Labor System: conclusion and termination of employment contracts, entering information about farms into the Unified National Labor System complex, and generating an electronic work record book. In addition, employers have the opportunity to form the structure of the organization through the UNS.
Employers register to use e-commerce services through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (SPIPS). This system ensures ease and efficiency at all stages of activity.
Regulatory bodies review requests within 3 working days, and if all requirements are met, the relevant electronic information is generated and an official certificate with a QR code is issued.
This new step will become a convenient tool for more accurate and correct management of labor relations, proper registration, identification, and monitoring of the services of employers.
