A prestigious international conference on the topic "The Role of Women in Modern Society" was held in the city of Avaza, Turkmenistan. The Head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, participated in it on behalf of Uzbekistan and shared important ideas and initiatives regarding the role of women in society, equality, and the development of their potential.
In her speech, Mirziyoyeva emphasized that the idea of equal opportunities and the contribution of women to the development of society is not a modern trend, but has deep historical roots. He noted that in today's world, supporting women, increasing their social activity, and protecting their rights is one of the main conditions for sustainable development.
At the same time, he informed about the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. He noted that a number of projects are being implemented to strengthen the participation of girls in the field of education, create favorable conditions for them in entrepreneurial and economic activities, and strengthen gender equality.
Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that respecting and comprehensively supporting women's rights is not just a task of the state or organizations, but a shared responsibility for all segments of society. In her opinion, through unity, solidarity, and mutual assistance, it is possible to create the necessary conditions for every woman to fully realize her abilities.
"I am confident that through our joint efforts, the opportunities of every woman will be expanded, and the mechanisms that give wings to her dreams will be further strengthened," she emphasized.
