According to the Tax Committee’s press service, the process of automating tax reporting in Uzbekistan is ongoing. This was reported by upl.uzreports.
According to the information, starting from January 1, 2026, the number of tax reports generated automatically will be increased. Five types of reports have been included in the list: property tax, land tax, value added tax, turnover tax, as well as personal income tax and social tax.
At the same time, all business entities will be granted the right to make changes to automatic reports. However, the period for making corrections is set not to exceed 5 working days, while it is not clearly specified from which date the countdown begins.
If no changes or clarifications are made to the report within the установленный period, the report automatically generated by the tax authorities is considered accepted by the business entity and submitted to the tax authorities.
